Tuesday, October 15, 2013

Green Turtle release image credit Pam Strykowski In June a juvenile female green turtle was found in the mud flats at St Hubert’s island in the central coast of Sydney. It was undernourished and exhausted. Narelle and Georgia from Green Cross Vet, Wyoming took care of the turtle until WIRES volunteer, Pam could collect her and take her to the Taronga Wildlife Hospital for specialist care.
