WIRES' mission is to actively rehabilitate and preserve Australian wildlife and inspire others to do the same.
WIRES has been rescuing and rehabilitating sick, injured, and orphaned, native animals since 1985.

Operating a Wildlife Rescue Office 24/7, 365 days a year, providing Emergency Response Teams nationally and offering Disaster Relief services.
Rescue and Rehabilitation
Volunteer training and support, wildlife welfare and best practice facilities.
Recovery and Risk Reduction
Wildlife Preservation, Risk-Reduction and providing Community Wildlife Information and Education
