Rescue and Immediate Care Course Workshops

Welcome to the WIRES Rescue and Immediate Care Course Workshop, a crucial step in your journey to becoming a confident and skilled wildlife rescuer.

Workshop Pre-requisites

To attend a workshop, you must:

  • Be actively enrolled in the WIRES Rescue and Immediate Care Course.
  • Have completed all components of the online theory component

*Active refers to being within your valid 12-month enrolment period. Complete our Training Enquiry form if you are unsure whether you meet this criteria and are interested in one of the below workshops.

Important Information

Limited Spaces: Workshop spaces are limited, and once they're full, you can add yourself to a waitlist via the WIRES Training Site or register for another available workshop.

Registration Deadline: Registrations close at 4pm on the Friday before the scheduled workshop.

Online Workshop Alternative: An online workshop is available upon successfully completing the online theory component for those unable to attend a face-to-face workshop. However, a practical workshop is recommended wherever possible for a richer learning experience.
