Woolworths
Since 2020, Woolworths and WIRES have worked together to protect vulnerable Australian wildlife, support wildlife carers, and reduce food waste. The Food for Wildlife Program is the largest of its kind in Australia and through this partnership, Woolworths is the largest provider of free food for rescued wildlife in Australia. The program is underpinned by three key pillars – Rescue Food Program, Food Support Program and the Disaster Relief Program.
Buddy Pet Insurance
WIRES is proud to partner with Buddy Pet Insurance through their Giving Program to support animal welfare and wildlife care across Australia. Together, we’re helping more animals receive urgent rescue and treatment, from those affected by habitat loss and extreme weather to everyday emergencies. This partnership reflects a shared commitment: protecting pets and native wildlife and supporting the people who dedicate their lives to saving them.
Bravecto
WIRES is proud to partner with BRAVECTO in supporting wombat rehabilitation and combating the devastating effects of mange. Through BRAVECTO’s ongoing support, wildlife volunteers and carers across Australia have access to BRAVECTO Spot-on for Dogs - an effective treatment that is transforming wombat care. Together, this partnership is helping protect one of Australia’s iconic species and giving wildlife carers the tools they need to make a real difference.
The Lott
The Lott’s philanthropic support helps our mission of caring for sick, injured, and orphaned animals, including our iconic koalas, ensuring their survival and well-being for generations to come. Koalas face increasing threats from habitat loss, climate events, disease, and urban development, making every rescue and recovery effort vital.
