As Australia’s largest wildlife rescue and rehabilitation organisation, WIRES operates a 24/7 Wildlife Rescue Office providing rescue advice and assistance for approximately 150,000 native animals annually and has been helping sick, injured and orphaned wildlife for 40 years. Supporting WIRES work supports our mission to actively rehabilitate and preserve Australian wildlife and inspire others to do the same. WIRES is also the largest supporter of the national wildlife rescue and rehabilitation sector providing critical programs including wildlife food support, systems, and disaster relief, to support dozens of groups and thousands of wildlife carers across the country.

WIRES is expanding the ways we receive donations to reflect the variety of ways individuals and organisations prefer to give.
