Kookaburra chicks survive fall

Kookaburra Chicks Three juvenile kookaburra chicks were rescued this week when their nest collapsed. The nest was in a termite mound high in a tree in northern Sydney. Perhaps due to heavy weekend rain the termite mound collapsed and the three chicks found themselves homeless.  read more
