Young Archie finalist inspired by wildlife

Maya was recently selected as a finalist in the Young Archie's for 2018.  Maya's 'self portrait with animals' was one of five finalists selected in her age category from more than 1400 entries! 'Jatz' - Vulnerable Southern Myotis

“Jatz” is a juvenile Australian fishing bat, otherwise known as the vulnerable Southern Myotis.

Myotis fishing bat-JatzShe’s a fluffy, salt-and-pepper coloured 10 gram microbat who skims waterways, using her extra-long toes to catch small fish and insects for food.
